Job summary

Zocdoc is seeking a seasoned leader to drive lifecycle growth for its provider ecosystem in New York. You will shape strategy and the operating model, partnering across Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Sales to deliver AI-enabled, adaptive experiences that maximize provider value and engagement.

You will build and lead a high-performing team, define metrics, run experiments, and scale the growth function to meet ambitious business goals in a hybrid, Soho-based environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading lifecycle, CRM, growth, or customer marketing in B2B SaaS or multi-product settings.
• 5+ years of people management including hiring and coaching.
• Technical fluency with data, APIs, AI tools, automation, and prototyping environments.

Responsibilities

• Build the strategy, roadmap, and operating model for Lifecycle Growth with measurable outcomes.
• Create a continuously learning growth system adapting to provider context and behavior.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to develop data, instrumentation, and platforms.
• Establish a measurement framework linking provider experiences to business impact.
