Zocdoc, the country’s leading digital health marketplace, is seeking a Director of Patient Product Marketing to shape the patient-facing portfolio’s positioning and GTM strategy. You will guide a high-performing PMM team and partner with design, product, and GMs to drive adoption and growth across multiple products.

Reporting to the VP, Product Marketing, you’ll champion AI-native workflows, ensuring scalable, high-impact work while aligning with market needs and patient value.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years marketing experience, including 8+ years in product marketing
• Experience shaping company-level narrative and positioning
• Proven ability to build and lead PMM teams
• Strong ability to translate complex topics for executives and product teams

Responsibilities

• Own go-to-market strategy and positioning across the consumer portfolio
• Lead and coach a team of PMMs
• Inform product discovery with market context and user needs
• Champion scalable GTM capabilities and AI-native workflows
