Job summary

Theory Ventures is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead and build Allium’s marketing function from scratch. You will work closely with the CEO and GTM leadership, focusing on shaping positioning and driving pipeline.

This remote position is preferred for candidates located in New York City, requiring overlap with NYC mornings. The role comes with significant responsibilities including defining the company narrative and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B marketing, preferably in a developer-facing environment.
• Experience building marketing from early stage with limited resources.
• Deep understanding of the Web3/blockchain ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead Allium’s marketing from scratch.
• Define and own Allium’s narrative across segments.
• Design and execute multi-channel campaigns to drive qualified pipeline.
