We specialize in mergers and acquisitions, talent acquisition, and growth consulting — supporting our clients through periods of transition, succession, and scale.

The Opportunity

We are hiring a Head of GTM to lead the continued development and execution of our marketing function. This is a senior-level role with full ownership of marketing strategy and operations.

We have a small, capable junior team and some foundational activity in place, but our marketing function is still early in its development. It has not yet reached the level of sophistication or structure needed to support our long-term growth. This role is responsible for helping us change that — by assessing our current efforts, identifying what needs to be built or improved, and guiding the team toward a more strategic, high-performing function.

This is not a hands-off leadership role. We’re looking for someone who is ready to roll up their sleeves and be in the weeds while we grow — someone who can lead with vision, but also execute directly where needed.

The Head of GTM will report directly to the executive team and collaborate closely with senior leadership across the firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead a comprehensive go-to-market strategy aligned with firm objectives
  • Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and content strategy
  • Lead campaign development across digital, email, lifecycle, and lead generation channels
  • Build marketing operations infrastructure, including systems for campaign execution and performance measurement
  • Build, manage and mentor a small marketing team, with responsibility for team structure and development
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between marketing, client service, and business development

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years of experience in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record of building or scaling a marketing function in a B2B or professional services environment
  • Demonstrated experience in full-cycle campaign management, including content, digital, and lifecycle marketing
  • Strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Clear communicator with excellent judgment and the ability to operate both strategically and tactically

Preferred Experience

  • Strong preference for candidates with experience marketing to professional services firms (e.g., accounting, legal, wealth management, consulting)
  • Familiarity with M&A, talent strategy, or advisory services is a plus

Additional Information

This is a full-time, salaried position. Expected working hours are 8:00am–5:00pm EST
