The Role
We're seeking an exceptional Head of Marketing to lead strategy and execution across a diverse ecosystem, spanning clinical offerings, digital consumer products, and educational content - each designed for distinct audiences with varying needs. This role reports directly to our Global COO / CFO and is part of our executive leadership team. While the CEO and COO make up the top tier, this role is one of a handful of senior leaders trusted to shape strategy, lead teams, and translate vision into execution across the business.
Key Responsibilities
We're looking for a marketer who can translate excellence into accessibility. You'll be tasked with bringing premium value to more people without dilution - owning audience strategy and leading integrated campaigns while protecting the brand at every touchpoint.
You'll also be responsible for assembling and managing a high-performing team, including in-house talent, agency partners, and fractional collaborators, ensuring integrated execution across brand, content, and performance marketing.
