Foley & Lardner LLP seeks a Director of Market & Client Communications to lead market-facing communications that strengthen the firm’s brand, elevate visibility, and advance client development across multiple markets.

The role focuses on demand creation, thought leadership, and recruiting-aligned brand communications, and requires significant leadership of cross-functional teams in a hybrid environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of fifteen (15) years of strategic marketing communications and brand experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services.
• Impeccable written and verbal communications skills; collaborative, cross-functional partner.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute integrated external and go-to-market communications strategies for client development, sector focus, talent acquisition, and market growth.
• Direct and manage agency and external supplier support, including coordinating across geographies and managing budgets.
• Shape Foley's market-facing narrative, ensuring messaging communicates differentiators, culture, and client value.
• Oversee public relations, awards nominations, and rankings submissions to advance priorities and increase visibility.
• Partner with BD, Client Development, sector and practice leaders to create communications plans that drive revenue growth and employer branding.
• Develop internal sales-enablement communications, market updates, and capability talking points for lawyers and business professionals.
• Lead thought leadership, editorial planning, and content development tied to priority industries and client needs.
