Job summary
Michael Page is assisting a global manufacturer in Connecticut seeking a senior leader to drive manufacturing transformation across multiple facilities. You will standardize processes, modernize assembly operations, and convert engineering designs into repeatable, scalable manufacturing workflows.
You will partner with the President and senior leadership on strategic projects, leading cross-functional initiatives to improve safety, quality and cost while building organizational capability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
- 10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
- Multi-site manufacturing experience required.
- Experience leading large-scale manufacturing transformation and process standardization.
Responsibilities
- Lead manufacturing engineering and operational excellence initiatives across multiple sites.
- Partner with the President and senior leadership on strategic operational improvement projects.
- Drive modernization of manufacturing and assembly processes to improve efficiency, scalability, quality and throughput.
- Develop and implement standardized manufacturing methodologies, work instructions, routing structures and assembly processes.
- Translate engineering designs into practical manufacturing build strategies for consistent execution across facilities.
