Zusammenfassung

Mendocino MGMT LLC is seeking a maintenance professional to perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on hotel equipment and systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work. The role requires responding to guest and staff requests promptly and professionally.

You will troubleshoot and repair issues with lighting, appliances, locks, furniture, and fixtures, while maintaining hot tubs and spa equipment.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in general maintenance, preferably in hospitality or commercial buildings.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various conditions (indoors/outdoors, heights, confined spaces)
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable with completing projects through a digital tasklist
