Marcus Hotels & Resorts in Wisconsin seeks a Spa & Fitness Center Manager to lead daily operations, drive profitability, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across spa and fitness services. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and collaborate with hotel leadership to deliver premium hospitality.

The role requires strategic oversight, hands-on leadership, and a passion for hospitality. It offers a dynamic, guest-focused environment at Grand Geneva with opportunities across properties.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years Spa management experience.
• Prior P&L responsibility and budgeting experience.
• College degree or professional certifications in spa treatments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and increase Spa revenue.
• Understand and analyze profit and loss statements to help budgeting and forecasting.
• Monitor and control department’s expenses and payroll.
• Participate in the development and oversee the implementation of Spa operating budget.
• Oversee hiring, training, supervising and evaluating of all Spa staff with assistance of Supervisors when necessary.
• Attend the daily Huddle meetings at main hotel.
• Maintain MOD (Manager on Duty) book.
• Review staff goals from strategic plan.
• Attend sales functions/ trade shows.
