Actionlife in the San Francisco Bay Region is seeking a Director of Resident Experience to lead a premier ultra-luxury residential community with a focus on anticipatory, white-glove service. The role requires 5+ years in luxury hospitality or high-end residential environments, with at least 2 years in leadership.

You will oversee a service team, partner with onsite operations, and develop engaging resident experiences that elevate the standard of living.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in luxury hospitality or high‑end residential services.
• 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience with luxury brands or upscale residences is preferred.
• Ability to deliver personalized, anticipatory service to high‑net‑worth clients.
• Excellent communication and discretion in sensitive matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing resident services team.
• Maintain elevated service standards reflecting luxury clientele.
• Plan resident experiences, social events, and cultural programming.
• Oversee event planning, catering, vendors, budgets, and execution.
• Foster relationships with luxury partners and vendors.
• Monitor feedback, engagement, and program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with General Management and onsite teams for seamless operations.
• Provide a warm, personalized welcome and discreet, professional service.
• Maintain accurate resident information and event records.
