Job summary

Noble House Hotels & Resorts is seeking an experienced Director of Housekeeping for our Jekyll Island resort.

Lead housekeeping and laundry teams, develop SOPs, manage budgets, and ensure brand standards and guest satisfaction.

This senior role requires 5+ years of luxury hotel management, strong leadership, safety knowledge, and collaboration with Engineering, Front Office, and F&B.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive housekeeping management experience in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Proven leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate large teams.
• Strong understanding of safety standards and housekeeping best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and manage housekeeping and laundry team members to ensure optimal performance and adherence to standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of all guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
• Develop, implement, and enforce SOPs for housekeeping operations, safety, and chemical handling.
