Frey Consulting Group is seeking a Beverage Director to lead and elevate beverage operations across a premier luxury resort. This executive role drives a best-in-class program, profitability, and guest experiences in dining venues, lounges, bars, and banquets.

The ideal candidate combines wine, spirits, cocktails expertise with hands-on leadership, team development, and strategic innovation to create memorable experiences while maximizing profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive food & beverage leadership within luxury settings.
• At least 3 years overseeing multi-outlet beverage operations.
• Proven experience managing beverage P&Ls and delivering strong financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall beverage strategy for all resort outlets.
• Lead beverage operations across restaurants, bars, banquets, and event venues.
• Create innovative wine, cocktail, beer, coffee, tea, and zero-proof programs reflecting trends.
