Job summary

The role requires a degreed background, 3–5 years of instructional leadership, and a commitment to Great Hearts educational philosophy. Local travel for training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Set quantitative and qualitative goals with the Executive Director.
• Plan, delegate, and execute to meet goals.
• Build a leadership team that aligns with school culture.
• Manage and evaluate the lower school leadership team.
• Oversee enrollment, discipline policy, and safety procedures.
• Observe, coach, and support teachers; align with network expectations.
• Hire faculty and staff in line with campus needs and budget.
