Job summary

Uline is seeking a senior logistics leader to shape the company’s transportation strategy across multiple modes and to own carrier procurement and performance management. The role requires building strategic partnerships, driving data-driven improvements, and leading a high-performing team on-site in the United States.

The candidate will collaborate with executive leaders to align long-term logistics initiatives with Uline’s growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years in transportation, logistics or supply chain leadership.
• Proven success in leading teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience managing carrier relationships, negotiations and performance.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to drive improvements.
• Pre-employment hair follicle drug screening required.
• On-site work is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Shape logistics strategy across LTL, parcel, truckload, intermodal, ocean and air.
• Own carrier procurement and contract negotiations.
• Build strategic carrier partnerships to optimize transportation costs.
• Use data to improve performance, reliability and efficiency.
• Lead and develop a high-performing logistics team.
• Partner with executives on long-term logistics strategy.
• Drive transportation initiatives supporting growth.
• Strengthen procurement capabilities and support same-day shipping.
