Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or related field required.
• Ohio-certified EMT, AEMT, or Paramedic experience preferred.
• At least three years of leadership experience preferred.
• Strong financial, administrative, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and influence others.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of regulatory and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of fleet, facilities, maintenance, inventory, purchasing, equipment, and logistics.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team while fostering accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with the VP of Ground Operations to establish priorities, optimize resources, and support operational goals.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to improve operational efficiency, service quality, cost management, and asset utilization.
• Ensure vehicles, facilities, equipment, and supplies are safe, serviceable, and maintained to established standards.
• Maintain compliance with applicable regulatory, accreditation, licensing, safety, and organizational requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, technology, products, and services while balancing safety, quality, cost, and operational needs.
• Identify and mitigate operational, financial, regulatory, safety, security, and asset-related risks.
• Support strategic planning, budgeting, project management, quality improvement, and organizational initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with employees, partners, vendors, regulatory agencies, and internal customers.
