Townsquare Media is seeking a Director of Digital & Radio Content for Fort Collins. This full-time in-office role leads local brands, driving growth across on-air, digital, social, and live platforms.

You will coach top talent, shape local storytelling, and partner with sales to deliver revenue-driving content. You will produce two original local articles daily, manage cross-platform content, and set programming clocks, music strategy, and live show presence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience.
• Strong writing, communication, and storytelling across platforms.
• On-air programming experience with content creation and curation.
• Familiarity with digital assets, tools, and publishing workflows.
• High school diploma required.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and vehicle ownership.

Responsabilités

• Establish and execute a clear local content vision across stations.
• Lead and coach on-air, digital, and production talent.
• Partner with sales to develop revenue-generating content and events.
• Develop multi-platform content strategies to grow audiences.
• Host live on-air show regularly and prepare daily content.
• Publish a minimum of two original local articles per day.
• Oversee local content and digital storytelling for websites and social channels.
• Design programming clocks and music strategy to grow listening time.
• Oversee sound design and station imaging for impact.
• Create and publish video content across platforms.
• Develop influencer partnerships with local businesses.
• Participate in community events and client meetings.
