CUMULUS MEDIA in Tallahassee, FL is seeking an experienced Brand & Content Leader (Program Director) to helm live and local entertainment with energy and vision. You will lead a Content team, shape brand strategy, manage on-air talent, music scheduling, imaging, and digital presence across channels, while engaging audiences and supporting sales and marketing efforts.

The role may include an on-air show and weekend voice tracks, with a track record of success, strong writing/production skills,

• Preferred track record of successful programming experience.
• Strong social and digital experience.
• Savvy computer skills and proficiency with ratings, digital metrics, and research.
• Ability to multi-task and the discipline to focus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative and strategic problem solver.
• Deep knowledge of music, pop culture and current events.

Mansioni

• Create, implement, and manage the sound, image, music, brand, and vision of stations through all distribution channels to reach and exceed goals.
• Successfully coach, direct, develop, appraise and motivate on-air talent/content creators.
• Deliver unique content that attracts the target demo, and grows audience.
• Work closely with the sales team to develop and enhance client relationships.
• Work closely with marketing team to develop contests, promotions and big events.
• Ensure operation of station in accordance with FCC regulations and policies.
