Job summary

Elon University is seeking a Director of Live Broadcast Production for Athletics to oversee all live video productions for Elon Athletics. The role reports to the Assistant Athletics Director for Creative Services and works with Elon Sports Vision to livestream events and create promotional and social content.

The position requires 1–3 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree, with a Master’s degree preferred. Nights and weekends are required to support varsity sports and events on campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts; 1–3 years experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Significant interaction with students, faculty and staff; strong work-ethic.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate or lead all live video broadcasts of home Elon athletic events, in partnership with Elon Sports Vision (ESV) and the Schar School of Communications.
• Livestream football, men’s and women’s basketball games, and select Olympic sport events.
• Assist with video projects, social media content, and distribution of web video assets.
• Assist in staffing and training of video operations positions for game days.
