Job summary

Stanford Athletics is seeking an Assistant Athletics Director, Broadcast & Technical Operations to lead the delivery of top-tier television broadcasts while overseeing day-to-day technical operations, including video boards, audio, replay, and coaches film. You will coordinate with internal departments, ESPN, ACC, and external vendors to ensure an exceptional viewing experience.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, production, and execution of Stanford Athletics live broadcasts across platforms and venues.
Oversee video boards, control room equipment, and related production tech; coordinate with campus partners and partners.
Recruit, hire, and develop production staff; manage staffing plans for events.
Develop annual operating and capital budgets; manage procurement and assets; support payroll reconciliation for event staffing.
Serve as technical advisor for broadcast operations and capital projects; evaluate new technologies and improvements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
