Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 12+ years of broadcast engineering experience may substitute.
• Experience leading broadcast or live production teams in a sports venue.
• Expertise with live television broadcasts, studio productions and major events.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage broadcast engineering operations for live racing and productions.
• Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and upgrades of broadcast IT systems.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and partners to ensure reliability and security.
