Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 12+ years of broadcast engineering experience may substitute for a degree.
• 10+ years of engineering management in broadcast or live production.
• Experience with live television broadcasts, studio productions, and major live events.
• Sports venue experience; horse racing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead broadcast engineering operations for live racing, TV productions, simulcast, and events.
• Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and upgrades of broadcast systems.
• Provide technical leadership in a fast-paced live production environment.
• Partner with IT/security teams to meet standards and manage lifecycle.
