Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, or relevant field.
15+ years of relevant work experience, preferably on a global scale.
Experience leading large, distributed technology organizations and influencing senior executive stakeholders.
Experience leading large-scale cloud and platform modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities

Define and lead the technology strategy for Life & Annuities, driving cost efficiency and alignment with business objectives.
Lead a large, multi-layered technology organization, setting direction for modernization, stability, and cloud/AI initiatives.
Oversee modernization efforts including cloud transformation and data integration, ensuring scalable and secure solutions.
Manage demand, capacity, and financial processes to prioritize and deliver on strategic goals.
Communicate complex technology strategies and business impacts to senior leaders with data-driven insights.
