Origence in Greenwood Village, CO, is seeking a VP Operations & Lender Support to lead the OLS BPO unit. You will drive the operational vision, oversee implementations, processing, underwriting, funding, and contact center activities, and partner with recruitment to build strong teams.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in consumer lending origination and 5+ years in senior leadership, with a track record of scaling operations, optimizing KPIs, and managing remote teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related certifications/experience.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role for consumer lending.
• 10 years of consumer loan origination experience with a financial institution or provider.
• Experience building scalable operational programs, teams, and policies in growth environments.
• Indirect auto lending and management of multiple product lines (card, mortgage, etc.).
• Experience managing remote teams is a plus; contact center experience preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and manage KPIs and actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Extensive expertise with loan origination systems and product development experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational vision and leadership to meet growth and excellence goals.
• Lead the OLS operations team including implementations, processing, underwriting, funding, and support.
• Develop resources and timelines to achieve objectives.
