Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Director, Legal Operations & Enablement in Richmond, VA (hybrid, remote may be available) to lead the legal operations function and drive efficiency across the department. You will implement legal tech solutions, manage outside counsel and vendors, support budgeting, and build dashboards that turn data into actionable insights for business leaders.

Qualifications

• Typically requires 12+ years of professional experience and 4+ years of management experience.
• Experience implementing or administering legal technology platforms and enterprise systems.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives and budgets.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of Legal Operations & Enablement.
• Improve efficiency, transparency, and service delivery across the MMS Legal Department.
• Oversee legal technology platforms and vendor management.
• Develop dashboards and reports for operational insight.
• Collaborate across Legal, IT, Finance, Procurement, Compliance.
