Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Director, Legal Operations to lead global legal operations, finance, and technology enablement.

The role partners with the General Counsel and legal leadership to ensure efficient, cost-effective services aligned with business priorities. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, manage outside counsel and vendors, and drive e-discovery, data management, and AI-enabled processes to improve governance and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in legal operations or a related field.
• 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience with legal technology and e-discovery.
• Proven budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Set priorities and drive execution for departmental goals.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, month-end close and financial reporting.
• Manage outside counsel and vendor relationships.
• Lead e-discovery and data management programs.
• Drive process improvement and technology roadmap in legal operations.
