Job summary

Sanofi in the United States is seeking a Large Scale mAbs Engineering Project Head based in Swiftwater, PA or Framingham, MA, with hybrid work options. You will lead the Large Scale monoclonal antibodies project, coordinating setup of the new drug substance manufacturing building and guiding through SPE milestones.

The role requires >10 years in PM of large pharma projects, global matrix leadership, strong cGMP/regulatory knowledge, and ability to deliver on time and within budget while building

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or Biotechnology.
• 10+ years in project management of large pharma projects.
• Experience leading multi-site global projects and large teams.
• Deep knowledge of cGMP and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to deliver on time and on budget.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the project team and ensure design, qualification, and handover.
• Oversee safety, quality, and regulatory commitments with high standards.
• Manage CapEx and cost optimization.
• Coordinate with MSAT for process definitions.
• Plan and integrate new facility within existing site.
