Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Senior Large Scale mAbs Engineering Project Head to lead the build and commissioning of a new drug substance manufacturing facility. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver on schedule and budget, ensuring cGMP compliance and robust process definitions.

Responsibilities include CapEx management, staffing plans, risk tracking, and integration of the new asset within the existing site, while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years project management experience in pharma/biotech.
• Experience managing projects >€1B across multiple sites.
• Proven ability to lead large teams (>100 people) in matrix environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Large Scale mAbs project and coordinate setup of a new drug substance manufacturing building.
• Drive project through BOD, DD, Construction, Commissioning & Qualification, and Handover.
• Ensure facility/equipment are designed, installed, qualified, maintained, and validated to cGMP standards.
