Job summary

Greatjob is seeking an Operations Manager for Landscape Maintenance to lead field crews and coordinate daily activities, ensuring safe, high-quality service. You will work with Account Managers to maintain client satisfaction, manage payroll and job costing, and support branch goals.

The role requires 3–5 years in landscape operations and 2–3 years in leadership, with strong Microsoft Office and scheduling tools. A Bachelor’s degree in horticulture or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in horticulture or a related field.
• 3-5 years of landscape industry experience.
• 2-3 years of leadership experience in field operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling/reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operational coordination and morning huddles with crews and account managers.
• Conduct regular quality and safety site visits and enforce standards.
• Support customer coordination and address service concerns with escalation paths.
• Monitor labor and materials for cost control and payroll accuracy.
• Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to branch-level planning.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and development of crew members.
• Prepare materials for upcoming jobs and manage site information accuracy.
• Oversee snow operations in applicable markets and ensure safety procedures.
