Job summary

Sprout is seeking a Senior Director of Operations to own the core ITAD business end to end across Garland facilities and other sites. This leadership role reports to the VP of Operations and coordinates with Compliance, QEHS, Engineering, Client Success, Sales and Finance to drive strategy, capacity, margin, and transformation.

The role requires 10+ years in operations with multi-site leadership, P&L ownership, and proven Lean/Kaizen expertise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in operations leadership with multi-site experience.
• P&L or budget ownership with costs and margins focus.
• Lean, 5S, and Kaizen experience with measurable gains.
• Experience leading through managers (leaders of leaders).

Responsibilities

• Own the core ITAD business end to end across multiple sites.
• Set annual operating plan, capacity and labor planning; drive automation.
• Ensure compliance with R2v3, ISO standards and OSHA; lead audits.
• Lead facility transformation projects and coordinate with VP of Operations.
