  • Relationship Management: Build and sustain long-term, strategic partnerships with infrastructure funds, investment banks, and private equity firms, acting as their trusted advisor throughout the investment process.
  • Delivery Quality: Oversee the execution of operational and technical due diligence, ensuring high-quality insights into transportation and logistics assets (e.g., ports, rail, warehousing) that inform investor decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with colleagues outside the department specializing in financial due diligence to deliver comprehensive, seamless due diligence solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Opportunity Sourcing: Work with internal teams to align INFRA’s service offerings with investor priorities, facilitating deal origination and asset evaluation.
  • Market Leadership: Represent INFRA at industry events, investor forums, and conferences to enhance visibility and position the practice as a leader in transportation and logistics advisory services.
  • Strategic Input: Provide insights to senior leadership on market trends, investor needs, and competitive dynamics to shape the practice’s growth strategy.

  • Extensive network of connections with institutional investors, private equity firms, or investment banks, enabling rapid opportunity generation.
  • Deep expertise in operational and technical due diligence for transportation and logistics assets (e.g., airports, highways, intermodal facilities).
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally to deliver integrated client solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and presenting complex findings with clarity.
