U.S. Bank is seeking a strategic and transformational technology Executive to serve as Head of Investment Services Technology.

This role leads technology strategy for ETF servicing, Alternative Investments, Fund Services, Corporate Trust, and Global Custody, partnering with Senior business leaders to enable revenue growth and modernize platforms. The successful candidate will drive large-scale transformation across front, middle, and enterprise functions, manage a dispersed global tech

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 15+ years of experience leading large-scale technology organizations, including senior executive leadership experience.
• Experience developing and executing technology strategies for ETF, Alternative Investments, Fund Services, Corporate Trust, and Escrow products.
• Experience evaluating and deploying AI-enabled technologies to enhance outcomes.
• Proven ability to influence executive-level business leaders on tech investments.
• Experience leading large transformation programs involving platform modernization.
• Strong understanding of technology risk management and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technology vision, strategy, and investment roadmap for Global Investment Services growth.
• Partner with senior executives to translate business strategy into scalable technology solutions.
• Lead a large, globally dispersed technology organization responsible for development, modernization, operations, architecture, and delivery.
• Drive transformation initiatives to reduce legacy complexity and enable growth and efficiency.
• Provide executive leadership for platform decisions, build-versus-buy evaluations, and emerging AI capabilities.
• Influence enterprise technology strategy through participation on leadership teams and governance forums.
• Establish partnerships with risk, compliance, legal, and audit to balance innovation with control.
• Attract, develop, and retain top technology talent and foster inclusive leadership.
• Oversee technology investments and budgets to maximize business value and ROI.
