U.S. Bank is seeking a strategic and transformational technology Executive to serve as Head of Investment Services Technology. This role leads technology strategy and delivery for ETF servicing, Alternative Investments, Fund Services, Corporate Trust and Global Custody.

The successful candidate partners with business leaders to align platforms, operating models, and talent, while driving large-scale transformation across front-office, middle-office, and enterprise functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 15+ years leading large-scale technology organizations.
• Experience supporting ETF, Alternative Investments, Fund Services, Corporate Trust and Escrow.
• Experience evaluating AI-enabled solutions and integrating new tech.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technology vision, strategy, and investment roadmap.
• Partner with senior business executives to translate strategy into scalable tech solutions.
• Lead a large, geographically dispersed global technology organization across development, modernization, operations, and architecture.
• Drive transformation by reducing legacy complexity, rationalizing applications and infrastructure.
• Oversee significant technology investments and budgets to maximize business value.
