Qualifications

• 15+ years leading large‑scale technology organizations, including senior executive leadership.
• Experience developing and executing technology strategies for ETF, Alternative Investments, Fund Services, Corporate Trust, and Escrow products.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders on strategic priorities and investments.
• Proven track record delivering large transformation programs and platform modernization.
• Strong understanding of technology risk, information security, and regulatory requirements within financial services.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technology vision, strategy, and investment roadmap for Global Investment Services growth.
• Partner with senior business executives to translate strategy into scalable technology solutions.
• Lead a large, global technology organization covering development, modernization, operations, architecture, and delivery.
• Drive transformations by reducing legacy complexity and implementing scalable, reliable solutions.
• Provide executive leadership on platform decisions, including build‑vs‑buy and AI‑enabled capabilities.
• Influence enterprise strategy through governance forums and cross‑functional partnerships.
• Establish partnerships with risk, compliance, legal, and audit to balance innovation with controls.
• Attract, develop, and retain top technology talent and foster an inclusive leadership culture.
• Oversee technology investments and budgets to maximize business value and ROI.
