Job summary

Endicott College seeks a Director of Internship Operations & Systems to lead technology, data, and process improvements for the Internship & Career Center. The role reports to the Dean and drives system integration between Symplicity/Gulls@Work and Workday, ensuring accurate data and effective stakeholder training.

The role emphasizes operational leadership, continuous improvement, and collaboration with IT, Marketing, and academic partners to support experiential learning and career outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in operations, technology systems, career services or higher education.
• Experience leading complex operational processes and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience managing technology systems, databases, and enterprise applications.
• Experience with data reporting and dashboard creation.
• Ability to develop and improve policies, workflows and processes.
• Collaborates with multiple stakeholders including faculty, staff, vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for technology systems supporting the Center (Symplicity/Gulls@Work, Workday, databases).
• Lead internship operations, processes, standards, and evaluation.
• Oversee data collection, reporting, and data integrity for outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts with IT, Marketing, Research Center, and academic units.
• Develop and deliver technology training and user resources.
• Lead or contribute to process-improvement initiatives.
