Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, English or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in communications or public relations with leadership in corporate communications.
• Ability to lead internal communications strategy in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Strong executive presence with experience advising senior leaders and building relationships.
• Proven ability to lead teams and influence at multiple organizational levels.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business objectives into communication plans.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise internal communications strategy, aligning messaging, cadence, and channels to business priorities.
• Develop and govern the company’s internal communications channels and governance model.
• Advise senior leaders on internal messaging for enterprise initiatives.
