ADT Security Services is seeking a Manager, Intelligent Automation & AI Solutions to lead the discovery, architecture, and deployment of scalable automation and AI-powered workflows that boost operational performance and service quality.

The Manager, Intelligent Automation & AI Solutions is a hands‑on technical leader who drives the discovery, architecture, and implementation of scalable automation and AI‑powered workflow systems to elevate operational performance, service quality, and stakeholder experiences. The ideal candidate combines automation engineering expertise, business process improvement skills, strong delivery execution, and the ability to communicate effectively with both operational and executive stakeholders.
Strategic Partnership & Delivery – Collaborates directly with enterprise stakeholders to analyze operational workflows, capture requirements, and direct the end‑to‑end lifecycle, from design and build through deployment and ongoing refinement of enterprise automation initiatives.
Technical SME & Solution Scope – Serves as the primary technical subject matter expert for the Automation & AI practice, modernizing business operations via workflow orchestration, robotic process automation (RPA), low‑code tools, modern APIs, system integrations, intelligent document processing (IDP), and enterprise‑approved AI platforms.
Full Lifecycle & Governance – Directs solution architecture, system configuration, software development, quality assurance, release management, operational support, and user adoption, ensuring strict adherence to cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance standards.
8+ years of progressive experience across workflow automation, software engineering, intelligent automation, AI solutions delivery, or related technical domains.
Proven track record architecting, building, deploying, and maintaining production‑grade automation ecosystems.
Demonstrated experience guiding cross‑functional teams and providing technical direction on enterprise programs.
Practical proficiency with modern generative and agentic platforms (such as Google Gemini / Vertex AI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or adjacent LLM orchestration frameworks) alongside enterprise automation suites (such as Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.).
Working expertise with REST APIs, system integrations, SQL, scripting languages, webhooks, prompt engineering, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), vector search paradigms, and Identity & Access Management (IAM) security frameworks.
Strong background in business process assessment, requirements gathering, and quantifiable value realization.
Leadership experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Analytics, Business, Operations, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience/training).
Industry certifications in enterprise automation tools, cloud ecosystems, AI applications, software architecture, Lean/Six Sigma/process improvement, project delivery, or enterprise architecture.
Ability to lead automation initiatives from discovery through deployment and continuous improvement.
Strong business process analysis and process improvement skills.
Ability to communicate technical concepts and solution tradeoffs to technical and non‑technical audiences.
Strong problem‑solving, prioritization, documentation, and project delivery skills.
Knowledge of secure development practices, access controls, data protection, change management, and operational resiliency.
Understanding of responsible AI principles, governance, monitoring, and human oversight.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑growing and evolving environment.
Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and adaptability.
