Job summary

Nuvation Bio, Inc. in San Francisco seeks a Vice President, Clinical Operations to lead the Clinical Operations function within the Clinical Research and Development organization and drive trial strategy and execution across oncology programs.

You will build and lead a high-performance team, ensure end-to-end trial management, and partner with cross-functional leaders to advance regulatory submissions and program milestones while maintaining quality and timelines.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of pharmaceutical clinical drug development experience with 7–8 years in global trial management and team leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in biological sciences or healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Leads the global clinical operations team to execute on the company’s clinical trial programs.
• Attracts, develops, coaches, and retains high-performance team members with a culture of collaboration.
• Ensures strategic planning, execution, and operational delivery of clinical trials across programs.
