Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, project management, or field services.
• Strong project management instincts to keep projects on track.
• Excellent vendor and contractor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full logistics chain for installations.
• Triage incoming service tickets and manage resolutions.
• Establish a service history database to drive product feedback.
