Securitas, Inc. seeks an experienced Infrastructure Operations Leader to own the secure, reliable, and cost-efficient cloud and hybrid platform services.

The role combines people leadership, governance, modernization delivery, vendor accountability, and senior escalation leadership across enterprise infrastructure services. Responsibilities include leading Azure, AD, VMware, and backup operations; managing service health, SLAs, and capacity; serving as senior incident escalation point; and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, CS, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive infrastructure, cloud, or platform operations with leadership.
• 5+ years of people-management leading engineers or technical teams.
• Experience managing external vendors, contracts, or statements of work with performance management.
• Strong working knowledge of Azure, Azure VMs, M365, Windows Server, AD, VMware, Hyper-V, networking, Azure Backup, Veeam, recovery testing, PKI and certificate lifecycle management.
• Experience leading major incident, problem management, change governance, lifecycle planning and service improvement in a 24x7 environment.
• Ability to translate technical risks into clear, actionable recommendations for technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery and continuous improvement of infrastructure operations across Azure, M365, Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, VMware, Hyper-V, backup and monitoring.
• Define and manage service health, KPIs, SLAs, capacity, lifecycle risk, patching, vulnerability remediation, backup assurance, and recovery readiness.
• Senior escalation point for major incidents, coordinating response, communications, root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Maintain service ownership, operating procedures, support models, asset/configuration information, escalation paths and documentation including certificate lifecycle management.
• Partner with cybersecurity, identity, network, architecture, and service management teams to resolve cross-functional risks and operational issues.
• Lead migration and modernization of Azure, VMware, and Hyper-V workloads to cloud/hybrid platforms with security and recovery readiness.
• Advance infrastructure-as-code, automation, monitoring, and repeatable operational practices.
• Ensure new services transition with appropriate support, monitoring, security, and ownership criteria.
• Apply FinOps practices for cloud consumption, licensing, capacity, and design to improve cost visibility and efficiency.
• Promote documentation, automation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing across teams.
