Qualifications

• Proven experience leading infrastructure automation or platform engineering teams.
• Deep knowledge of network, compute, storage, cloud and automation tooling.
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes and change management.
• Experience delivering automation at scale across multiple domains.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise automation strategy across infrastructure domains.
• Lead the design and delivery of automated infrastructure lifecycle workflows.
• Embed automation into day-to-day operations with code-based patterns (immutable infrastructure).
• Establish governance for automation pipelines, infrastructure code quality and security.
• Coach and develop engineers; foster collaboration and continuous learning.
