United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Head of Infrastructure in Paris to own and scale the real-time AI-first platform's foundational infrastructure. You will lead a diverse team across Networking, SRE, Stateful Systems, Voice and Data Center squads, driving reliability, capacity planning, and architectural decisions.

You will report to the CTO and shape operational maturity, incident response, and automation across on-premise data centers and AI workloads.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in at least 2–3 infrastructure domains.
• Proven experience building and improving infrastructure operations across multiple domains.
• Strong hands-on mindset and architectural leadership.

Responsabilités

• Own infrastructure reliability and operations across the full stack: incident management, monitoring, alerting, post-mortems and prevention of recurring failures.
• Improve operational visibility, identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvements.
• Lead evolution of network and telecom infrastructure: topology, connectivity, routing, redundancy and voice platform performance.
• Own on-premise data centers, hardware, storage, and deployment practices.
• Drive scalability of stateful systems (PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Kafka, Redis, etc.).
• Support AI infrastructure including GPU workloads and compute clusters.
• Lead automation, observability, and tooling initiatives across infrastructure teams.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure reliable deployments and operation of applications.
• Grow and manage Infrastructure teams across Networking, SRE, Stateful Systems, Voice, and Data Center squads.
