Mars Men in Austin, TX is seeking a Head of Influencer to own and scale our paid creator ecosystem. You will drive the Pathfinder Program, recruiting a high-volume network of creators to produce authentic, performance-driven content that becomes ads.

This role sits at Partnerships, Creative and Growth, partnering with paid media and creative teams to optimize what works, grow our creator partnerships, and accelerate meaningful growth.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale our paid creator and influencer ecosystem.
• Build the Pathfinder Program by recruiting a high-volume network of creators who produce authentic, performance-driven content that can be turned into ads.
• Collaborate with paid media and creative teams to understand what works and continuously improve the quality and performance of our creator network.
