Job summary

GSNEO is seeking a Director of Individual Giving and Development Operations to lead a comprehensive fundraising strategy focused on individual giving, major gifts, and planned giving. You will oversee development operations, donor stewardship, and database management to support revenue growth—and collaborate across Marketing and Finance.

Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, you will build and manage donor pipelines, set annual targets, and supervise the Fund Development Coordinator while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 8-10 years of progressive fundraising and 3 years supervisory experience.
• Experience with donor solicitation, stewardship, and acknowledgement.
• Knowledge of moves management and reporting.
• Ability to work onsite at least 3 days per week and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with AFP Fundraising Code of Ethics.
• Experience with database management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising strategy for individual giving and major gifts.
• Oversee DonorPerfect database management, upgrades, gifting, and reporting.
• Set annual revenue targets and donor acquisition metrics.
• Collaborate with Marketing/Communications and Finance to align donor campaigns.
• Supervise Fund Development Coordinator and nurture donor relations.
• Grow the Juliette Gordon Low Society (planned giving).
