Cardinal Health is seeking a practical, business‑oriented healthcare attorney to serve as Director, Assistant General Counsel, At-Home Solutions. This role supports a large, growing healthcare business across At-Home Solutions, including DMEPOS, Cardinal Health at-Home, and VeloCare.

The Director will advise cross‑functional teams, shape legal strategy, and help integrate acquisitions while delivering practical guidance with speed.

Competenze

• J.D. from an accredited law school required.
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction required.
• 10+ years of healthcare legal experience preferred.
• Strong commercial contracting experience including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex agreements.
• Ability to understand new business models, operational workflows, and evolving priorities.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and providing actionable guidance.
• Ability to balance competing priorities in a matrixed environment.
• Excellent analytical, drafting, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

• Serve as primary commercial legal partner for At-Home Solutions, providing practical, risk-tailored advice.
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements across customer, supplier, vendor, manufacturer, distribution, services, technology, logistics, and strategic relationships.
• Identify issues, communicate risks and options clearly, and provide recommendations.
• Develop guardrails and guidance for new and evolving business models with cross-functional partners.
• Lead programmatic improvements to legal support, including templates, playbooks, escalation standards, and self-service tools.
• Leverage technology to make legal guidance, templates, and work product more accessible and efficient.
