HP is seeking an experienced leader to manage the HP Dimension end-to-end, with a focus on market quota and business metrics across multiple cross-functional teams. The role interfaces with C-level executives and requires deep subject matter expertise, innovation, and results-driven execution in a dynamic environment.

The Leader will drive growth through market planning, pricing, and strategic initiatives, partnering with Google Beam, Zoom, and Microsoft for collaboration solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team of Product and Business Development.
• Own and manage relationship with Google Beam team.
• Manage alliance partners relationships – Zoom and Microsoft for HP 3D Immersive Collab. solution.
• Set Goals for the Markets and drive pricing management.
• Enable Markets to deliver on their nos and in-quarter biz management.
• Facilitate pricing and PFV, drive growth plans with Markets.
• Provide business insights to Markets and drive operational efficiency projects.
• Communicate across Markets and lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects.
• Shape category business plans and allocate tools/resources.

Education

Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline or demonstrated competence
