Job summary

SentiLink is seeking a data-driven product leader to build the identity resolution suite, including prefill, identity completion, and pinning, and to own the data merging and linking technology.

You will partner with engineering, data science, solutions analytics, and product teams to translate internal needs into clear requirements, drive delivery from concept through adoption, and scale our data-intensive platforms across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with data-heavy or platform-oriented products, with a focus on data platform.
• Hands-on experience with large datasets, distributed/big-data environments (e.g., Spark, Databricks, BigQuery, Snowflake).
• Strong understanding of big data concepts, data pipelines, data cleaning/normalization, and data modeling.
• Ability to partner with engineering, data science, and analytics teams on technical problems.
• Experience leading large internal initiatives with cross-functional dependencies.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous requirements and deliver complex programs.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences and cross-team alignment.
• Durability-focused mindset for scalable, maintainable internal systems and datasets.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for internal technical initiatives focused on data-intensive systems.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to improve quality, reliability, and usability of internal systems and datasets.
• Drive long-term initiatives to future-proof data and technology assets as needs scale.
• Partner with engineering, data science, analytics, and product stakeholders to understand use cases and interdependencies.
• Manage prioritization across competing internal demands and align on impact vs. long-term value.
• Translate complex internal needs into clear specifications and align teams.
• Apply structured project management across multiple teams and dependencies.
• Define and track metrics for quality, latency, reliability, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Communicate roadmap, progress, risks, and tradeoffs to internal stakeholders.
