Job summary

KeHE Distributors, LLC is seeking a Director, HR Service Delivery & People Operations in Naperville, IL to transform the employee experience through scalable HR processes. You will oversee HR Shared Services, Payroll Administration, and People Operations, driving data-driven improvements in payroll accuracy and compliance.

You will lead a multi-functional HR team, design a tiered service model, and advance workflow redesign for efficiency and global consistency.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations, Shared Services.
Strong proficiency with major HRIS platforms (Workday, Dayforce, Service Now) and experience driving system implementations or large-scale optimizations.
Experience leading large, multi-functional teams and managing organizational change.

Responsibilities

Oversee HR Shared Services, Payroll Administration, and People Operations.
Lead policy compliance across units and ensure procedures align with policies.
Unify HR Shared Services and Payroll into a cohesive HR Operations function.
Design a tiered service model balancing self-service with high-touch support.
Redesign HR workflows to reduce cycle times and improve scalability.
Oversee end-to-end payroll across jurisdictions and ensure regulatory compliance.
Maintain HRIS data integrity and privacy compliance.
Lead cross-functional HR initiatives and develop leadership team.
