KeHE Distributors in Naperville, IL seeks a Director of HR Service Delivery & People Operations to transform the employee experience and scale HR processes. This leader will unify HR Shared Services and Payroll, driving self-service technology and compliant, accurate payroll across jurisdictions.

The role requires 10+ years in HR Operations, strong knowledge of payroll and HRIS (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP), and proven change leadership across multi-state environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; MBA or HR certification (SHRM-SCP/SPHR) is a strong plus.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations, Shared Services.
• Deep knowledge of payroll administration, multi-state tax regulations, and driver pay.
• Proficiency with major HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP) and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR Shared Services and Payroll integration into a cohesive HR Operations function.
• Design and implement a tiered service model balancing automated self-service with high-touch support.
• Redesign HR workflows to reduce cycle times and improve scalability.
• Oversee payroll accuracy, timeliness, and multi-jurisdictional compliance.
• Maintain HRIS data governance, reporting, auditing, and privacy compliance.
