Job summary

G AP Group is seeking an experienced Head of HR to join the senior HR leadership team and shape HR services across a complex, multi-site environment. Reporting to the HR Director, this role is hands-on, highly visible, and influential at executive level.

You will lead a broad HR function spanning employee relations, learning and development, talent acquisition, and HR systems, partnering with business leaders to deliver practical, commercially-focused people solutions across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role within a large multi-site organisation.
• Deep expertise in UK employment law and complex employee relations.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Hands-on approach with credibility to operate at executive level.
• Experience within construction, utilities, logistics, equipment hire, engineering, manufacturing, or other operational sectors would be highly advantageous.

Reporting to the HR Director, this is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role with significant influence across the organisation.
