GXO is seeking an HR Manager for its Bradford site to lead the people strategy across the operation, align culture, compliance and business performance through people.
Reporting to the Senior HRBP, you will lead HR and Payroll, develop talent, manage employee relations, and partner with leaders to drive engagement and change in a fast-paced logistics environment. This full-time role offers up to £60k per year plus benefits.

We are looking for a HR Manager to join our M&S, Fashion, Home & Beauty site in Bradford. Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner and forming a key part of the site Leadership Team, you'll lead the delivery of the people agenda across the operation, ensuring alignment of culture, compliance, talent, organisational structure, and people processes. You'll also lead the HR team and oversee the Payroll function.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR leader who can balance strategic thinking with hands‑on operational delivery, helping to create an engaged, high‑performing workforce while supporting the business through change and growth.
This is a full‑time, permanent role, working predominately Monday to Friday, with some flexibility required.
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £60,000.00 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
